Joinim Apps tarafından yayımlanan Joinim - Canlı Sohbet uygulaması, çocuk cinsel
istismarı ve sömürüsü (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation - CSAE) ile çocuk cinsel istismar materyali
(Child Sexual Abuse Material - CSAM) için sıfır tolerans uygular. Bu sayfa, Google
Play Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları Politikası uyarınca yayımlanmış resmi standartlarımızdır ve tüm
kullanıcıları, içerikleri ve etkileşimleri için bağlayıcıdır.
Aşağıdaki davranış ve içerikler kesinlikle yasaktır ve hesap askıya alma, kalıcı hesap
kapatma, içerik kaldırma, kanıtların korunması ve yetkili makamlara bildirim ile sonuçlanır:
Çocuk Cinsel İstismarı Materyali (CSAM) oluşturma, yükleme, paylaşma, talep etme, dağıtma veya
erişme.
Reşit olmayan kişilerin cinsel içerikli, müstehcen, çıplak veya cinsel imada bulunan
fotoğraf/video/ses kayıtlarının paylaşımı veya talep edilmesi.
Reşit olmayan kişilere yönelik cinsel amaçlı yaklaşım, kandırma (grooming), tuzaklama, cinsel
içerik talep etme veya buluşma teklif etme.
Reşit olmayan kişilerin cinsel amaçlı insan ticareti, fuhuşa zorlama veya canlı yayın istismarı.
Çocukların cinsel istismarını normalleştiren, savunan, övgüye değer sunan veya teşvik eden metin,
emoji, sticker, link veya başka her türlü içerik.
CSAM içeren veya CSAM'a bağlanan harici bağlantı, dosya, kod sözcük veya hashtag paylaşımı.
18 yaşın altındaki kişilerin uygulamaya kayıt olması ya da uygulamayı kullanması (yaş yanlış
beyanı dahil).
Joinim - Canlı Sohbet yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri yetişkin kullanıcılar için tasarlanmış
bir tanışma ve sohbet uygulamasıdır. Kayıt sırasında doğum tarihi beyanı zorunludur ve bu beyana göre
18 yaşından küçük olduğu tespit edilen tüm hesaplar derhal kapatılır.
2. CSAE/CSAM İçeriğiyle Mücadele Yöntemimiz
2.1. Önleme
Yaş kapısı: Hesap oluşturma akışında doğum tarihi sorulur; 18 yaşından küçükler
sistem tarafından engellenir.
Kullanım Koşulları: Üyelik anında kullanıcılar 18 yaşından büyük olduklarını ve
bu Çocuk Güvenliği Standartlarına uyacaklarını açıkça kabul eder.
Profil incelemesi: Profil fotoğrafları yayınlanmadan önce moderasyon ekibimiz
tarafından incelenir; reşit olmadığı düşünülen profiller engellenir.
Hash eşleştirme: Bildirilen ve doğrulanmış CSAM içeriklerinin kriptografik hash
değerleri saklanır ve aynı içeriğin yeniden yüklenmesi engellenir.
Eğitim: Moderasyon ve destek ekibimiz, CSAE belirtileri ve grooming kalıpları
konusunda düzenli olarak eğitilir.
2.2. Tespit ve İnceleme
Kullanıcı bildirimleri ve otomatik tarama 7/24 izlenir.
Her bildirim, eğitimli insan moderatör tarafından en geç 24 saat içinde
incelenir; CSAE etiketli bildirimler öncelikli sıraya alınır.
İnceleme sırasında ilgili kullanıcı hesapları gerekirse derhal askıya alınır ve içerik diğer
kullanıcılardan gizlenir.
2.3. Eylem (CSAM Müdahale Yöntemi)
İçerik kaldırma: Doğrulanan CSAE içerikleri uygulamadan ve sunucularımızdan
kalıcı olarak silinir; ancak kanıt zincirini korumak amacıyla yasal süreler boyunca güvenli,
erişimi kısıtlanmış arşivde tutulur.
Hesap kapatma: CSAE ile bağlantılı hesaplar kalıcı olarak
kapatılır. Cihaz, IP ve ödeme parmak izleri engelli listesinde tutularak yeni hesap açma denemeleri
engellenir.
Hukuki bildirim: CSAM tespit edildiğinde olay; NCMEC CyberTipline
(report.cybertip.org) üzerinden uluslararası yetkililere ve Türkiye'de Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü
Siber Suçlarla Mücadele Daire Başkanlığı / İhbarweb (www.ihbarweb.org.tr) hattına bildirilir.
İşbirliği: Yasal mercilerden gelen mahkeme kararı, ihtarname veya kolluk
talepleri usulüne uygun ve gecikmeden yanıtlanır.
3. Yürürlükteki Çocuk Güvenliği Yasalarına Uyum
Joinim Apps olarak, çocukların cinsel istismarına ilişkin uluslararası ve ulusal mevzuata tam uyum
taahhüdü altındayız. İlgili düzenlemeler şunları kapsar (sınırlı olmamak üzere):
Birleşmiş Milletler Çocuk Haklarına Dair Sözleşme ve İhtiyari Protokol (Çocuk Satışı, Çocuk Fuhşu
ve Çocuk Pornografisi).
Avrupa Konseyi Çocukların Cinsel Sömürü ve İstismara Karşı Korunması Sözleşmesi (Lanzarote
Sözleşmesi).
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti 5237 sayılı Türk Ceza Kanunu (md. 103 Çocuğun Cinsel İstismarı, md. 226
Müstehcenlik), 5651 sayılı İnternet Ortamında Yapılan Yayınların Düzenlenmesi Kanunu ve 6698 sayılı
Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK).
ABD 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (elektronik servis sağlayıcılar için NCMEC raporlama yükümlülüğü), 18 U.S.C.

4. Kullanıcı Geri Bildirim ve Raporlama Mekanizması (Uygulama İçi)
Joinim - Canlı Sohbet uygulamasında çocuk güvenliğini tehdit ettiğini düşündüğünüz herhangi bir profil,
mesaj, fotoğraf veya davranışı bildirmek için aşağıdaki yolları kullanabilirsiniz:
Uygulama içi rapor: Her kullanıcı profilinin sağ üst köşesindeki üç nokta
menüsünden "Şikayet Et / Report". Sohbet ekranında her mesajı uzun basarak, fotoğraf
galerisinde her fotoğrafı seçerek de bireysel rapor gönderebilirsiniz. "Çocuk güvenliği /
CSAE" kategorisi, raporun doğrudan Çocuk Güvenliği ekibimize iletilmesini sağlar.
Tüm CSAE raporları gizli tutulur. Bildirim yapan kişiye karşı misilleme yapılmaz. Bildirimler en geç
24 saat içinde insan moderatör tarafından incelenir; doğrulanan vakalarda içerik
kaldırılır, hesap kapatılır ve ilgili yetkili makamlara bildirim yapılır.
5. Çocuk Güvenliği Temas Noktası
Google Play, NCMEC, kolluk kuvvetleri ve diğer çocuk koruma kurumlarıyla iletişim için belirlenmiş
resmi çocuk güvenliği temas noktamız:

7. Yıllık İnceleme
Bu Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları en az yılda bir kez veya yasal düzenlemelerde ya da Google Play
politikalarında değişiklik olduğunda gözden geçirilip güncellenir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada
yayımda tutulur.
1. Zero-Tolerance Statement (Published Standards)
The Joinim - Canlı Sohbet application, published by Joinim Apps,
enforces a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This page constitutes our published standards under the
Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy and is binding on all users, content and interactions
within the app.
The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited and will result in
immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, content removal, evidence preservation
and mandatory reporting to the relevant authorities:
Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, distributing or accessing Child Sexual Abuse Material
(CSAM).
Sharing or requesting sexual, obscene, nude or sexually suggestive photos, videos or audio of
minors.
Sexual solicitation, grooming, enticement, requesting sexual content from, or arranging meetings
with minors.
Sex trafficking, forced prostitution, or live-streamed sexual exploitation of minors.
Text, emojis, stickers, links or any other content that normalizes, advocates, glorifies or
encourages the sexual abuse of children.
Sharing external links, files, code words or hashtags that contain or link to CSAM.
Use of the app by anyone under 18 years of age, including misrepresentation of age.
Joinim - Canlı Sohbet is designed for and limited to users aged 18 and over. Date of
birth is required at registration and any account identified as belonging to a person under 18 is
terminated immediately.
2. How We Address CSAE/CSAM Content
2.1. Prevention
Age gate: Date of birth is collected during sign-up; users under 18 are blocked
by the system.
Terms of Use: Users explicitly accept at registration that they are 18 or older
and will comply with these Child Safety Standards.
Profile review: Profile photos are reviewed by our moderation team before
publication; profiles that appear to belong to minors are blocked.
Hash matching: Confirmed CSAM is hashed and stored in a deny-list so the same
content cannot be re-uploaded.
Training: Our moderation and support staff receive regular training on
identifying CSAE indicators and grooming patterns.
2.2. Detection and Review
User reports and automated scanning are monitored 24/7.
Every report is reviewed by a trained human moderator within 24 hours; reports
flagged as CSAE are prioritized.
Accounts under review may be suspended immediately and the content hidden from other users while
the investigation proceeds.
2.3. Action (Method for Addressing CSAM)
Content removal: Confirmed CSAE content is permanently removed from the app and
our servers, while a secure, access-restricted copy is preserved as evidence for the period
required by law.
Account termination: Accounts associated with CSAE are permanently
terminated. Device, IP and payment fingerprints are kept in a deny-list to prevent the
same user from creating new accounts.
Mandatory reporting: CSAM is reported to the U.S. National Center for Missing
& Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) in accordance with 18
U.S.C. § 2258A, as well as to local law-enforcement authorities in the relevant jurisdiction (in
Türkiye: Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü Siber Suçlarla Mücadele Daire Başkanlığı / İhbarweb,
www.ihbarweb.org.tr).
Cooperation: Court orders, subpoenas and lawful requests from law enforcement
are responded to promptly and in accordance with applicable law.
3. Compliance with Applicable Child Safety Laws
Joinim Apps is committed to full compliance with international and national laws addressing child
sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Optional Protocol on the Sale of
Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography.
The Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and
Sexual Abuse (Lanzarote Convention).
Republic of Türkiye: Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 (especially Art. 103 — Child Sexual Abuse and
Art. 226 — Obscenity), Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Internet Publications, and Law No. 6698
on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
United States: 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (NCMEC reporting obligation for electronic service providers),
18 U.S.C. §§ 2251–2252, the PROTECT Act and KOSA.

4. In-App User Feedback and Reporting Mechanism
Users can report any profile, message, photo or behavior in Joinim - Canlı Sohbet that they believe
threatens child safety through the following channels:
In-app report: Tap the three-dot menu at the top right of any user profile and
select "Şikayet Et / Report". You can also long-press any chat message or select any
photo in the gallery to file a per-item report. Choosing the
"Çocuk güvenliği / Child safety / CSAE" category routes the report directly to our Child
Safety team.
All CSAE reports are kept confidential. We do not retaliate against reporters. Reports are reviewed
by a human moderator within 24 hours; for confirmed cases the content is removed,
the account is terminated and the relevant authorities are notified.

7. Annual Review
These Child Safety Standards are reviewed and updated at least once a year, and whenever applicable
